African Gold

Three complementary gold opportunities across Zambia, Ghana, and Zimbabwe
Zambia - In-Country Refinery

Following the discovery of artisanl gold, we have identified the opportunity to build an in-country gold refinery in partnership with the Zambian government and the INdustrial Development Corporation of Zambia (ID-Z).

In parallel, we will work with government to develop a relevant and effective regulatory framework — creating a sustainable, compliant gold supply chain that benefits the country and its people.

Ghana - Offtake Agreements

We have established relationships in Ghana that give us access to source up to 100 kilograms of gold per month.

These existing relationships provide a reliable, recurring supply pipeline from one of Africa's most established and well-regulated gold-producing countries.

Zimbabwe - Small Scale Mining

By leveraging our relationships with smaller-scale miners across Zimbabwe, we have the opportunity to build significant scale in gold offtake.

The distributed nature of Zimbabwe's small-scale mining sector means aggregation is the key — and our in-country relationships provide that access.

Chrome Concentrate

South Africa & Zimbabwe
Key Position

South Africa holds approximately 81% of global chrome exports — we are operating at the very centre of the world's most important chrome supply market.

Consolidated Strategy

Our opportunity is to aggregate supply from mines, ensure independent quality certification, and manage the export logistics pathway.

Mines

We are securing offtake agreements from chrome mines in South Africa and Zimbabwe for export to buyers in Asia and beyond.

In addition to the trading opportunity, we also have the potential to move upstream — acquiring mining rights and installing chrome processing facilities to supply ferrochrome directly to buyers.
