Namibia
Namibia presents a diverse range of opportunities anchored by its significant rare earth and uranium mineral endowment — commodities that are in growing global demand, particularly for the clean energy and technology sectors.
Rare Earth Minerals
Namibia holds significant deposits of rare earth minerals including neodymium, dysprosium, and terbium — critical inputs for electric vehicle motors, wind turbines, and advanced electronics. These are among the most strategically important minerals globally.
Namibia is one of the world's top uranium producers. We have the opportunity to participate in uranium mining — a commodity with growing demand driven by the global shift toward nuclear energy as part of the clean energy transition.
Uranium Mining
Property Development
Alongside the mineral opportunities, we have identified property development opportunities within Namibia that complement our broader country presence and provide diversified income streams.
Namibia's Atlantic coastline is home to one of the most productive fishing zones in the world. We have the opportunity to participate in the fisheries sector, adding a renewable, recurring revenue stream to our Namibia portfolio.

Liberia
A recently completed geological survey has confirmed Liberia's extensive and largely untapped mineral endowment. We have the opportunity to be the first significant investor in a country that is now open for business.
Gold & Diamonds
Established export earners. Gold alone accounts for nearly 49% of all Liberian mining exports in 2023.
Critical Minerals
Lithium, uranium, cobalt, manganese, and neodymium — confirmed by new geological survey. Positions Liberia at the centre of the green energy supply chain.
Iron Ore
The backbone of the mining sector. Major operations are targeting 20–30 million tonnes per year by 2030.
In addition to minerals, we have the opportunity to build a dry dock and inland port, supply fuel and fertiliser, supply medicine, and develop infrastructure including schools and clinics — making JPSB a true country development partner.
Beyond Minerals
The First-Mover Advantage
Liberia has been historically under-invested relative to its mineral wealth. With a newly confirmed resource base and proximity to US and European markets, the opportunity to enter now — before others — is both real and time-sensitive.
Malawi
A small wrtip-up about Malawi opportunity.
Lithium, uranium, cobalt, manganese, and neodymium — confirmed by new geological survey. Positions Liberia at the centre of the green energy supply chain.
Tobacco
Lithium, uranium, cobalt, manganese, and neodymium — confirmed by new geological survey. Positions Liberia at the centre of the green energy supply chain.
Export offtake — Malawi is the world's leading Burley tobacco producer. Japan is already Malawi's 5th largest trade partner.
Fertiliser
Fuel
We have the opportunity to fund and supply fuel and fertiliser to the Government of Malawi for distribution to smallholder farmers.
Fertiliser goes to farmers who grow tobacco and other crops. Tobacco is exported to generate the foreign exchange that repays the fuel and fertiliser financing — a self-sustaining economic loop.
We also have the opportunity to source artisanal gold andexplore other mineral opportunities within the country.
South Sudan
A comprehensive country-level development and resource partnership
Fuel Supply
Supply fuel to the Government of South Sudan as part of the broader country financing arrangement.
We will have the opportunity to refine oil supplied by the Government of South Sudan, creating a value-added processing operation in-country.
Oil Refining
Fertiliser & Agriculture
Supply fertiliser to smallholder farmers to develop the agricultural sector. Produce is exported to generate forex for the country.
We will have the right to map all minerals underground and retain first rights to mine those minerals — positioning us as the primary resource development partner.
Mineral Exploration & Mining
Infrastructure
Build roads, airports, and other critical infrastructure. The Government of South Sudan will use oil as security for project funding.
